InfiniScript Technologies Signs Strategic Partnership with AUSTInspire Innovation Hub to Develop E-BiPS Anti-Bypass Smart Device
Abuja, Nigeria — July 10, 2025 — InfiniScript Technologies Limited, an emerging leader in intelligent software and hardware solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the AUSTInspire Innovation Hub, the official tech incubation center of the African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja, for the joint development of the groundbreaking E-BiPS Device.
The E-BiPS (Electricity Billing Payment Solution) is a smart solution aimed at curbing electricity theft via prepaid meter bypass while improving access to token recharge without the need for internet connectivity. Under the MoU, AUSTInspire will provide technical and research infrastructure to accelerate the development and market readiness of the device. The collaboration will focus on co-creation, testing, academic-industry knowledge exchange, and access to innovation funding.
The project is currently in its prototyping phase, with a future roadmap that includes mass production, potential overseas collaboration, and eventual nationwide deployment.
